This busy role will be working across multiple group entities, including franchisee group, a USA business in a shared service workplace.
This 9 month contract plays an important role in supporting prompt management reporting and manufacturing accounting.Key responsibilitiesBank reconciliationsAssist with Accounts payable / Accounts receivableCash Audit report / Merchant fee reconciliationProcessing service revenueAssist with Fixed Assets ControlPreparing entries for month-endBalance sheet reconciliationsPayroll Tax returnsBAS preparationShipment cost controlAbout youMinimum 3 years' experience in medium sized company in a similar roleBroad experience in general accounting duties including accounts payable and receivableGood understanding of Standard costingDemonstrated proficiency and accuracy of data entryExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage prioritiesAbility to maintain strict confidentiality in all areasEagerness to continually learn and develop new skillsGood work ethic and a positive attitudeExperience with Pronto Xi will be a big advantage
