We have created a positive work environment that embraces individuals, encourages personal growth and gives our team the opportunity to succeed.We are looking for a Full time Inbound Supervisor to join our growing team.About the RoleWorking closely with the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the inbound team, delegating tasks, maintaining productivity and ensuring daily KPIs are consistently achieved, all while upholding theCollective Golden Door Standardthat our clients expect.This is a hands‐on leadership role at the centre of our operation.
You'll oversee PO processing and stock control, manage the Delivery Booking Sheet, run the day and be the first point of contact for resolving issues before they become bigger problems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the inbound team on the warehouse floorDelegate daily tasks and ensure the team remains productiveOversee PO processing and stock controlManage the Delivery Booking SheetMonitor and achieve daily operational KPIsIdentify and resolve operational issuesMaintain high standards of accuracy,
