We're looking for an experienced and motivated couple to live and work at Warrenvale Station, located in the picturesque Gulf of Carpentaria.About us:Stanbroke is a reputable family-owned and operated Australian Cattle and beef business.
Our operations span across Northern Queensland, with extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, state-of-the-art cattle feedlots, a fully accredited beef processing facility, and global marketing capabilities.
We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 40 countries globally.Your Role:This is not your typical station role - Warrenvale is a hospitality hub for our northern operations, hosting functions, board meetings, sales events and visiting management and clients.
We're looking for an organised, practical and welcoming couple who take pride in presentation, enjoy cooking, and thrive in a busy environment.You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining the property and accommodation facilities, ensuring everything is guest-ready at short notice at times.What You'll Be Doing:Preparing and maintaining guest accommodation (13 rooms, including executive suites and cabins)Cooking and providing meals for visiting teams, guests and eventsManaging housekeeping, laundry and cleaning dutiesMaintaining gardens,



lawns and hedges across the 5-acre propertySetting up for functions, BBQs, and meetings.Coordinating vehicles and ensuring guests know where they need to beKeeping grounds and facilities neat, tidy and well-presented at all timesYou'll be supported with resources, manuals and photos detailing room setups, and our pilots are always nearby to assist with last-minute supplies or requests.About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll be:A capable and reliable couple with a strong work ethicHighly organised with attention to detailFriendly, professional and comfortable engaging with senior management and guestsExperienced in hospitality, gardening, cleaning or property managementConfident cooks who enjoy preparing meals for groupsFlexible and adaptable – especially during busy periods (June to August)Comfortable living in a remote location and used to working independentlyWhat We Offer:Premium onsite accommodation in the main homestead (everything supplied)Use of a company vehicle for errands and local travelSupportive environment with explicit processes and resourcesA varied and fulfilling lifestyle role with seasonal demand and quieter wet season periodsIf you're a self-sufficient couple who takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces and enjoys welcoming guests, we'd love to hear from you.
