Provide hands‐on coordination, administration and implementation support across return to work, workers compensation, injury management, health monitoring, incident support, compliance records and day‐to‐day safety and wellbeing activities.
When there is active return to work or workers compensation activity, this work is the role's highest operational priority.The role supports the Coordinator Health and Safety's strategic leadership of Council's OHS Framework, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy, Return to Work governance, psychosocial risk response, incident governance, reporting and committee responsibilities.
