We've seen some significant growth over the past few years, and we have an exciting Legal Trainee vacancy available in our General PI (Workcover, TAC & Public Liability) team in our NEW Bendigo office, reporting into the Practice Manager.
This is a full-time,



12-month contract position with the potential for permanency.Note: We're not accepting agency candidates at this time.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with a range of files under the supervision of an experienced mentorConducting legal researchDrafting correspondence and court documentsLiaising with counsel and witnesses in preparation for a hearing, and assisting counsel during trialsAttending new client meetings and conferencesOther duties and tasks as instructed by the supervisorSkills/ExperienceLaw graduate or recently admitted lawyer with a passion for Personal Injury lawStrong client service orientation with a keen attention to detailExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsTeam player with robust multitasking abilities and a can-do attitude
