Visual Merchandising & Inventory ManagerThe World's Largest LEGO® Store in Sydney (Pitt Street Mall) is looking for a current energetic VM & Inventory Manager.
The store features life-sized LEGO® models, a Pick-a-Brick wall, hard-to-find product releases, and amazing bricks in hands engagement opportunities.
Designed in partnership with the LEGO® Group, this store is an integral part of our LEGO® Certified Store network and the home of LEGO® in Sydney.As VM & Inventory Manager, you'll take ownership of inventory management, maximising sales, maintaining back of house standards and ensuring smooth store operations.
Working closely with the store management team, you'll create an exceptional experience for our customers through the seamless execution of replenishment, stock-to-floor turnaround, store standards, VM, team training and ship-from-store fulfilment.What You Will Be DoingTaking ownership of all stockroom operations, keeping the back-of-house organised, safe and easy to navigateExecuting replenishment, stock-to-floor turnaround, delivery processing and ship-from-store fulfilmentMaintaining and executing visual merchandising standards to a high level in line with LEGO guidelinesTraining and coaching the store team on VM, inventory and stock processesMonitoring stock levels,



identifying variances and supporting cycle counts and stocktakesPartnering with the Store Management team to deliver smooth and productive day-to-day operationsKeeping across store performance and key numbers to support sales and maximise profitabilityChampioning a safe, secure and compliant store environment and ensuring all required checks are completedOrganising and maintaining VM materials, fixtures and consumables to ensure the store is always ready to goDelivering amazing bricks-in-hand experiences for our customers, including kids, while supporting the wider store teamWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in an inventory management role with a high-volume retailerExperience executing and maintaining strict visual merchandising standardsA proven track record of achieving processing targets within tight timeframesStrong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to stock accuracy, processes and standardsExceptional organisational skills, with a knack for improving workflow efficiencyStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approachA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership and get things doneIf you're ready to build your career brick by brick, have the relevant experience and are excited about this opportunity
