between Monday - Friday.The role:Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you'll lead site crews on site while staying hands-on with scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling.Supervise scaffolders and labourers - allocate tasks and keep work moving safely and efficientlyRun pre-starts, enforce PPE and SWMS, and report hazards promptlyCoordinate with supervisors and yard teams to keep materials and resources on trackInspect scaffolds, manage tagging and documentation, and ensure handover complianceMaintain accurate site paperworkCoach and develop your crew - help build the next generation of site leadersLead by example - model a safe, productive, and respectful team cultureWhat we're looking for:Advanced Scaffolding License (High Risk Work Licence)Valid Driver's LicenceCurrent White Card3-5 years' scaffolding experience, with Leading Hand or supervisory backgroundAble to read scaffold drawings and interpret project scopesCalm under pressure, reliable, and accountable for your team's performance and safety
