Working within a small and collaborative team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, plumbers, builders and service agents while ensuring warranty claims are resolved efficiently and professionallyKey ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate warranty claims from initiation through to resolutionRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channelsLiaise with plumbers, service agents and customers regarding warranty mattersTroubleshoot product and installation-related issuesAssess warranty claims and determine appropriate outcomesCoordinate replacement parts and warranty-related administrationProcess customer orders and perform basic order entry tasksMaintain accurate customer records and warranty documentationSupport the wider customer service team with day-to-day enquiriesEnsure a high standard of customer service across all interactionsAbout YouMinimum 2 years experience within the plumbing, bathroom products, tapware or related industryStrong understanding of plumbing installations and product applicationsExperience in customer service, warranty administration, technical support or after-sales serviceConfident communicating with homeowners, plumbers, builders and trade customersStrong computer skills and experience using CRM, ticketing or customer service systemsProficient with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systemsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsWhy Apply?
