Just Careers Training Pty Ltd, trading as Licences 4 Work, is a leading Registered Training Organisation delivering high-quality vocational and licensing training across Australia.Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated Dogging Trainer & Assessors to join our team in Melbourne.If you are passionate,enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a supportive and fast-growing organisation, we would love to hear from you.About the roleIn this role, you will deliver and assess nationally recognised training in:CPCCLDG**** – Licence to perform doggingYou will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant, and practical training, supporting students through their learning, and ensuring assessment is completed in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.Key responsibilitiesDeliver high-quality training and assessment for dogging coursesAssess learner competency in accordance with training package and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate training and assessment recordsEnsure compliance with RTO standards, policies, and proceduresProvide students with support, guidance,



and constructive feedbackMaintain current industry knowledge and vocational competencyPromote a positive learning environment that supports student successWhat we are looking forDemonstrated experience delivering and/or assessing dogging training (Training can be provided for those that are new to the training space)Current TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE*****, or equivalent/required successor credentialStrong industry currency and relevant recent industry experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA skilled and student-focused approachStrong organisational and recordkeeping skillsA commitment to compliance, safety, and quality training outcomesSafeWork NSW Assessor AccreditationExperience working within a Registered Training OrganisationAbility to deliver related high-risk work licence training, where applicableJust Careers Training t/as Licences 4 Work is a culturally aware business.
