Our technicians are on the road every day, and the office is what keeps them running.To be suitable for this position, you need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.The roleYou will assist the business manager in the day to day running of the office: answering phone and website enquiries, quoting jobs, booking our technicians in, raising invoices, and keeping our job records straight.Day to day you willAnswer the phone, live chat, and email enquiriesCall past customers to schedule routine servicesFollow up quotesRaise and send invoicesProofread termite reports and treatment certificatesCommunicate with technicians in the fieldKeep client records, job notes, and paperwork up to dateAbout youPrevious experience in an administration, reception, or office coordination roleExcellent organisation, scheduling,



and time management skillsMust feel confident and enjoy talking on the phone as this is a big part of the jobGood with computers: Word, Excel, Gmail, and quick to pick up recent software.Experience with ServiceM8 and Formitize is an advantage, but not essentialAccurate with numbers and detailAble to juggle a ringing phone, a technician needing an address, and an email that needs answeringExperience in a trade, construction or service-based business is an advantage, but not essentialWhat we offerFull time salary ranging from $59,280 to $65,000 depending on experienceGuaranteed 38 hours per week with an early finish on Friday: 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday; 8am to 12pm FridayOffice within a 2 minute walk of Sunshine train station (Geebung) & street parking availableA genuinely small team where your work is noticedTraining on our systems, and on the pest control side of the business
