We're looking for an experienced, full-time cabinetmaker to joinour growing team — someone who takes real pride in their craftsmanship, thinksoutside the box, and comes up with creative solutions when a job doesn't go toplan.

What You'll Be Doing
Reviewing job plans and prepping forinstallation
Completing retrofits and installs on-site,working around each home's quirks with practical, creative solutions
Ensuring each job is finished to a highstandard, minimising snags and rework
Meeting clients in their homes andtreating each one with the same care and respect you'd want in your own




Liaising with customers and the teamclearly and honestly throughout each project
Keeping the job management system up todate
The Ideal Applicant
Self-motivated, and loves variety andproblem-solving
Thinks outside the box and comes up withcreative solutions on the job, not just by the book
Takes pride in quality craftsmanship andattention to detail
Can work independently and manage theirown installs
Has at least 5 years' experience incabinetmaking and installation
Has a clean Australian driver's licence
Holds (or can obtain) a QLD Working WithChildren Check, police check, and construction white card
Comfortable using job management softwareand basic tech tools
Polite, well-presented, and professionalwhen working in clients' homes
