Here’s your chance to join a fantastic travel team in a Wholesale Reservations role where no two days are the same!

We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused travel skilled who knows how to turn enquiries into bookings and enjoys building strong relationships with travel agents.

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle reservations enquiries from travel agents & customers
Quote, book and manage travel arrangements
Recommend the right products and upsell where appropriate
Build strong relationships with retail travel agents
Provide expert product and destination advice
Manage bookings, changes, cancellations and follow-ups
Work towards sales targets and KPIs
Deliver exceptional service from enquiry through to booking

What We’re Looking For
Travel industry or reservations experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail




Confidence dealing with travel agents
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone and email skills
The ability to quickly learn new reservation systems
GDS / reservations system experience is highly regarded.
