You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests and staff.Your Key Responsibilities:Support Night Manager in overall supervision of the hotelSolely represent Meriton Suites in the absence of the Night Manager's days offEnsure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and colleaguesGreeting and welcoming our guestsManagement and training of staffCheck-in and check-out of guestsComplaint handling and resolutionEnsuring relevant front desk tasks are actioned and completedAttend to guest enquiries,
