Due to continued expansion, EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Control Room Operator to join our team in the Melbourne CBD.
As a Control Room Operator with Customer Service experience, you will be responsible for providing security services and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and assets.
This is a full-time position, working on-site in the Melbourne CBD.Controller Duties include but are not limited to:Knowledge ofControl room duties,CCTV, Fire Control Panel,Access Control systemsEmergency Management ExperienceAn understanding of WH&S; and the ability to identify & manage risksAbility to be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levelsCoordinate Rovers for locking or unlocking of areas for contractors, tenants or premises management (subject to approvals)Complete required audits and tests throughout the shift as requiredAbility to work in a team environmentMust be physically fit or prepared to undergo a pre-employment medicalExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate level with Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word and excel desirableAdministrative tasks as required, including checking for new paperwork, incident reports, handovers, hazard reports and client permitsMonitoring of entry and departure of employees,
