stored and packaged appropriately to minimise damageCoordinate daily dispatch requirements with courier and freight partnersMonitor and manage outgoing deliveries, including urgent and last-minute dispatchesMaintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock movements are correctly recordedConduct regular stock checks and assist with stocktakes, investigating and resolving discrepanciesEnsure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and presented to a high operational standardMaintain efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems to maximise available spaceIdentify and implement improvements to warehouse processes, systems and workflowsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and dispatch processesEnsure all workplace health and safety procedures are followed and maintainedIdentify potential warehouse hazards and take appropriate action to maintain a safe working environmentCoordinate with customer service, operations and management teams to resolve order and stock issuesAssist with managing damaged, faulty or returned stockSupport peak trading periods, new product launches and promotional campaigns with effective warehouse planningMonitor warehouse KPIs including order accuracy, dispatch times, stock accuracy and productivityTake ownership of day-to-day warehouse issues and ensure they are resolved quickly and effectivelySkills & Experience3+ years' experience in warehouse, fulfilment or logistics operations,
