As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by providing exceptional customer service and generating new sales opportunities.What You'll Be DoingActively engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutionsMeeting (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIsProcessing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experienceCold calling/ prospecting new business to grow the active customer baseFollowing a structured call cycle using our CRM toolMaintaining up-to-date Forch product knowledge to promote, sell and provide reliable adviceConducting regular onsite client visits, including assisting with Forch Varo storageinstallationsEnsuring Varo units are fully stocked, maintained and presented to standard during each visitParticipatingin sales campaigns and promotions to drive revenue and achieve individual/team targetsCollaboratingwith cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issuesContributingto the development of sales strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectivesWhat We're Looking ForPreferably demonstrated sales experience, but not essential.
