Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will help coordinate daily priorities, support the warehouse team and keep orders moving safely, accurately and on time.You will be involved across the full warehouse operation, including receiving, inventory control, picking and packing, dispatch,



freight coordination and forklift work.What you'll be doingCoordinating daily warehouse workflow and prioritiesSupporting and guiding warehouse team membersReceiving, receipting and putting away incoming stockPicking and packing Blanks, Essentials and individually labelled student ordersCompleting stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory checksCoordinating finished goods, invoicing and dispatchArranging freight collections and resolving delivery issuesLoading and unloading trucks safely using a forkliftMaintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and warehouse organisationWhat you'll bringSolid experience in a warehouse, store person or dispatch rolePrevious experience as a senior store person, team leader or 2ICA current forklift license and Victorian Driver LicenceConfidence coordinating daily activities and supporting othersStrong organisational, communication and problem-solving skillsExperience using warehouse, inventory or ERP systemsHigh attention to detail and a reliable, hands-on, team-focused approachExperience with Körber WMS and Sage 300 (Accpac) would be an advantage.
