If you have theadmin strengths, this one will feel very familiar, just with a different groupof people behind it.The role is about keeping things running with precision,care, and a genuine commitment to doing right by people.What You Will DoProvidetimely, accurate administrative support across the team's programs andactivitiesSupportlearners and colleagues through enrolment and pre-enrolment activitiesMonitorclient progress and follow up with clients who need itKeeprecords and systems updated with meticulous attention to detail, includingcertificates, statements of attainment, and resultsDeliverexceptional customer service and contribute to a positive experience forclients and colleaguesAssistwith service delivery, events and projectsHandlea mix of routine and non-routine enquiriesManagecompeting priorities with easeThis role will suit someone who enjoys a busy environment,takes pride in accuracy, and is driven to close the loop on tasks.What We Are Looking ForWe are not going to give you a long list of requirements and hope somethingsticks.
