Working closely with production and maintenance teams, you will provide practical safety support across field activities, injury management, investigations and operational reporting.This is an advisor-level position suited to someone with approximately two years of relevant experience who is comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with operational teams.Key responsibilitiesProvide day-to-day safety advice and support across site operationsBuild effective working relationships with production and maintenance personnelConduct regular field interactions, observations and safety conversationsSupport workplace investigations and assist with preparing accurate timelinesCoordinate injury management activities and support return-to-work processesMaintain safety records,



documentation and reporting requirementsWork across client and contractor safety management systemsUse SharePoint and other computer-based systems to manage safety informationPromote compliance with site procedures and relevant safety requirementsAbout youTo be successful, you will ideally have:Approximately two years' experience in a Safety Advisor or similar site-based rolePrevious experience within mining, resources, heavy industry or a comparable operational environmentWorking knowledge of incident investigations and timeline developmentExperience supporting injury management and return-to-work processesConfidence engaging with production and maintenance teams in the fieldStrong relationship-building and communication skillsGood computer literacy and the ability to learn current systems quicklyPrevious experience using SharePointExposure to BMA and SIS systems would be highly regardedAvailability to commence within two weeksWhat's on offerInitial 3-month temporary assignmentPotential for the contract to extendOpportunity to work with a leading mining services organisationHands-on role with strong exposure across site operationsImmediate start availableIf you are an experienced Safety Advisor who can step into a busy operational environment and provide practical, relationship-focused support, we would be interested in hearing from you.
