The OpportunityWe're urgently looking for Disability Support Workers living in Fassifern NSW.
In this rewarding role, you'll support clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.What You'll Be DoingProviding social support, companionship, and meaningful engagementAssisting with transport, shopping, and outingsDelivering personal care with dignity and respectSupporting with domestic tasks and meal preparationAssisting in mental health conditions & challenging behavioursWhat You'll GetOngoing support from experienced mentors and team leadersPaid induction and continuous trainingRegular weekday roster (Monday to Friday)Minimum 3 days availability requiredWhat We're Looking ForCaring, empathetic,
