We are seeking a Routine Inspections Officer / Assistant Property Manager to support our Property Management team and help maintain high standards across our portfolio.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in property management, with exposure to a range of day-to-day property management activities and opportunities to develop within the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule, conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed routine inspection reportsIdentify and report maintenance, property condition and tenancy-related matters to Property ManagersAssist Property Managers with entry and exit inspectionsAssist with tenant communication and general property management tasksLiaise professionally with tenants,



owners and contractors as requiredWork closely with the Property Management team to ensure a high level of service is consistently deliveredProvide additional support to the team when requiredKey Skills & ExperienceStrong attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess and document property conditionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time-management skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently while also being part of a teamPrevious experience in property management, inspections or real estate is desirable but not essentialA positive attitude and strong customer-service focusWillingness to learn and develop within the property management industryLicences & RequirementsCurrent Queensland driver licenceReliable vehicleCurrent Queensland Real Estate Salesperson CertificateWhy Join Aurora Property?
