BetterGROW offers a range of practical solutions for a variety of organic, composted and processed recycled products suitable for beneficial re-use across agriculture, forestry and industry.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Operator to join the BetterGROW Land Application team based in Orange.
Reporting to the Field Supervisor, you will play a key hands-on role in delivering land application services, including the spreading of biosolids and compost, and the injection of waste liquids for beneficial reuse.This is an outdoor, physically active role working with modern agricultural equipment, where safety, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential.Key Responsibilities include:Operating agricultural machinery such as tractors, spreaders, and loadersAssisting with the delivery, handling,
