This role is full time.You will be responsible for looking after a well maintained portfolio of properties.

Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:Manage and nurture solid relationships with landlords and tenantsOversee the day-to-day management of your property portfolio using Property TreeWork closely with your own full time Property Management Assistant, allowing you to focus on portfolio management and client relationshipsNo routine inspections – these are completed by your assistantEnsure properties are leased promptly and portfolio KPIs are achievedManage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy negotiationsMonitor and follow up rent arrears and other tenancy breachesOversee vacates, final inspections and bond mattersAttend Magistrates Court/tribunal hearings on behalf of landlords when requiredMaintain accurate Property Tree records, documentation and reportingProvide regular communication and advice to landlordsBDM duties including responding to new management enquiries, conducting rental appraisals and converting new managementsBuild relationships with prospective landlords and generate new property management businessAssist with onboarding new managements into the portfolioThe ideal candidate for this role will have:Property Management experienceCorporate presentationArticulate communication skillsExcellent attention to detailsSense of humour and the ability to think on your feet and prioritise your workloadAbove all a customer service focusCurrent PM RegistrationCurrent motor vehicle license including own carExperience using Property Tree would be ideal and solid IT skillsExcellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with our clientsHarcourts stand behind their value of Fun & Laughter and you will have the opportunity to enjoy and network at corporate functionsIf you tick the above boxes and would like to work for a business who understands that we are only as strong as our team.Hirer responsiveness Salary match Number of applicantsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
