Saturday work is part of the role, with time in lieu provided on Fridays to keep your week balanced.
You'll be responsible for:Assisting with the leasing of residential propertiesManaging enquiries and conducting open homes and private inspectionsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with owners and prospective rentersWorking closely with the team to ensure smooth, efficient operationsTo thrive in this role, you will need:A current Agent's Representative Certificate/ Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agent's Representative Certificate)A valid driver's licence & reliable vehicleExcellent presentation and communication skillsA proactive, "can-do" attitude and ability to work autonomously and within a teamReady to Take the Next Step?
