You will play a key role in coordinating transport resources and ensuring customer deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
The position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day transport operation and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to our transport operations including:Coordinating daily transport schedules and journey plansManaging customer delivery requirements and operational prioritiesLiaising with customers, suppliers, transport providers and subcontractors to ensure deliveries are completed safely and on timeMaintaining accurate transport, scheduling and compliance recordsMonitoring and analysing transport performanceMaintaining subcontractor records and documentationProviding general administrative support to the transport functionAbout YouYou'll be someone who enjoys solving problems,



keeping things organised and building strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
You can confidently manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure and take pride in delivering a high level of customer service.You will ideally have:Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, scheduling or a similar operational support roleIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detailThe ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsA flexible and proactive approach to workWhat's on offer?
