As our network grows, so will our team — creating opportunities for people who perform, take ownership and want to build a career in operations.Hard work and results will be recognized and rewarded.Full training is provided.The RoleAs a Field Service Technician, you will take ownership of a fleet of ME Group machines in your territory.Your goal is simple: keep your machines running, available, clean and performing at their best.Your responsibilities will include:Monitoring, servicing and repairing machinesDiagnosing faults and replacing defective partsReducing breakdowns,



downtime and machines in alert statusReplenishing consumables and cleaning equipmentPerforming preventive maintenance and quality checksFollowing scheduled machine visits and responding to technical issuesInstalling, removing or relocating machines when requiredManaging spare parts, stock and your local storage areaMaintaining signage and information on machinesCommunicating technical and commercial information to your Team LeaderSupporting maintenance contract renewalsHandling cash collections/deposits in accordance with company proceduresTaking care of your company vehicle, tools, phone and other equipmentWho We're Looking ForWe want someone who is:Hardworking and reliableHands-on and comfortable solving practical problemsAble to work independently and take ownershipOrganized and responsibleCustomer-focused and professionalMotivated to learn and developLooking for an opportunity to grow with the businessIn possession of a valid driver's licencePhysically fit and comfortable with manual handling, as the role may involve carrying loads and assisting with the movement, installation and relocation of machinesTechnical, electrical, mechanical or field-service experience is an advantage, but attitude and work ethic matter most.Grow With ME GroupGoing from 300 to 5,000 machines in Australia means building a much larger operations team.For people who work hard, deliver results and take responsibility, that means real opportunities to progress into more senior technical, operational and leadership roles.
