including monitoring and managing Electronic Work Diaries (EWDs)Facilitate communication with our fleet and the customerIdentify and elevate emerging operational or non-compliance issues to the Divisional ManagerMaintain accurate records for reporting, driver administration, and account managementWork to key performance indicatorsThe applicant needs to be able to think outside the box to get the job done right and to be successful in this role it is essentialthat the applicant:Has own transportHigh attention to detail, particularly across compliance and administrative workEager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing a career in logistics operations, possibilities in the Fleet Manager and Ops Manager areasEnergetic and proactive, comfortable picking up wide-ranging tasks across multiple accountsOrganised and reliable, able to manage competing priorities from more than one stakeholderTeam player who builds relationships easily across Account Managers, drivers and customersContinual improvement mindset, willing to question how things are done and suggest a better wayKnowledge of Chain of Responsibility legislation, including fatigue managementGood IT skills - ability to adapt to new technologyOn the job training will be provided for the operating systems that are used.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
