Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Night Concierge for our corporate functions and events center based in Kirribilli, Sydney!
As a Night Concierge, you will be the primary after-hours point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth operation of the site overnight.Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues; able to follow routine instructions and complete basic administrative tasksDeliver friendly, professional customer service, responding promptly to requests and appropriately managing or escalating any issuesPerform light manual handling tasks (e.g. room set-ups, moving furniture) in line with workplace safety guidelinesMaintain clean, safe, and well-presented front‐of‐house areas at all timesSupport daily operations including security liaison, delivery coordination, event assistance, and ensuring facilities are prepared for the next dayAbout the EmployerRestaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world.
