About the RoleJoin the 24-Bed Inpatient Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit as a Rehabilitation Support Worker and help consumers build skills, independence and confidence for life in the community.
You'll provide practical, recovery-focused support while working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team.Support consumers with daily tasks and individual recovery goalsBuild independence, life skills and community connectionsDeliver practical psychosocial rehabilitation supportWork with clinical teams to support individual care plansPartner with families, carers and community service providersAdapt support to each consumer's needs,
