Field Services Technician - 12 Month Fixed Term ContactThe Field Service Technician is responsible for providing installation, maintenance and repair of client equipment at site.
Responsibilities include scheduled preventative maintenance and remedial maintenance on local/wide area networks.
This position typically works under general supervision and direction.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholdersPerform varied technical duties involving the use of a wide range of procedures and tools, which may include remedial and preventative maintenance of customer equipment and assets on fixed or mobile assetsApply specialised technical knowledge to problem solve difficult or complex situationsMay operate diagnostic systems to debug and isolate complex faults to component levelResolve complex/critical failure situationsAttend faults and ensure the use of a logical approach to fault findingEnsure all activities are performed safely and to a high standardEnsure asset maintenance is reported in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure personal administration is completed in a timely manner, for example timesheets and vehicle checksPerform physical installation of devices and infrastructure at customer sites according to engineering specifications and safety standards.Ensure all cabling, mounting,
