Mocha is a leading Australian family-owned fashion accessories business, and our wholesale production is growing rapidly.As we continue to expand and work with major Australian and international wholesale companies, we're looking for two amazing people to join our growing production team.A key role within our production team, coordinating production from product development and sampling through to delivery.Responsibilities include:Coordinate production schedules, orders and delivery timelinesCommunicate daily with overseas suppliers and manufacturersManage samples, purchase orders and production trackingAssist with costing, negotiations and quality controlTrack shipments and follow up suppliersMaintain accurate production recordsUse Excel to manage orders and production informationWork closely with management to keep production running smoothlyWe're looking for an organised, efficient and fashion-focused person to support our Production Coordinator and management team.The hours are adaptable and can be tailored to the right candidate — whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work,
