Senior Assistant Property Manager – Property Central Penrith

Property Central Penrith is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
This is a key support role working closely with our Senior Property Managers.
You'll provide day-to-day assistance across their portfolios, step into the Property Manager role when team members are on annual leave or away from the office, and help mentor and develop our junior property management staff.
If you're an experienced Property Manager looking to take on more responsibility without carrying a full portfolio, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting our Senior Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfoliosStepping in to manage portfolios when Property Managers are on annual leave or unavailableCoordinating maintenance, repairs and contractorsAssisting with inspections, compliance and routine property management tasksLiaising with tenants, landlords and contractorsProviding administrative and organisational support to the PM teamSupervising,



supporting and mentoring junior property management staffHelping train junior team members and ensuring they are developing their skills and reaching their full potentialSupporting consistent processes, compliance and best-practice property management across the team

What we're looking for:
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceCurrent NSW Driver's LicenceSolid property management experienceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence in supporting and mentoring junior team membersStrong organisational and time-management skillsGood understanding of property management systems and processesA genuine team-first attitudeA proactive approach and the ability to take ownership and responsibility
