Due to continued growth, they are seeking motivated Manufacturing Operators and Packing Operators to join their team on an ongoing contract basis.Afternoon shift - 3pm to 11pmOngoing contract opportunitiesBased in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbsWork within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentKey Responsibilities:Depending on your experience and the needs of the business, duties may include:Operating manufacturing, blending, filling and/or packaging equipmentDispensing and weighing raw materials in accordance with batch documentationOperating, monitoring and adjusting automated and semi-automated production machineryPacking, labelling and conducting in-process quality inspectionsCompleting batch records, production documentation and quality paperworkFollowing GMP, SOPs and company quality standardsPerforming equipment cleaning,



sanitisation and line clearancesTroubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating maintenance concerns where requiredMaintaining a safe, clean and hygienic production environmentAssisting with material handling and stock movements as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator, Packing Operator, Machine Operator, Blending Operator or Team Leader within the Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG or related manufacturing industryExperience working in a GMP-regulated workplace is essentialStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent organisational and time management skillsA positive attitude and strong work ethicGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a teamA commitment to workplace safety and compliance
