Harbour Caravans is seeking a Caravan Workshop Senior Team Leader & Tech/Assistants to join our growing team in Burpengary East, QLD.
This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work in the automotive trades sector, specifically within caravan industry.
You will be working on-site at our workshop, providing essential technical support and assistance to our experienced technicians.
This role is fundamental to maintaining the quality of our service delivery and ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of workmanship on their caravans.What you'll be doingWork together with other team members on caravan building, servicing, maintenance and repair workPerforming routine maintenance tasks including bearing, brakes, suspension service & general inspectionsPreparing caravans and equipment for assembling or servicing proceduresMaintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation, ensuring tools and equipment are properly storedSupporting the diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues under supervisionLearning and developing technical skills in caravan-specific systems including water, gas, electrical and chassis componentsAssisting with parts identification, ordering and inventory managementFollowing health and safety procedures and maintaining compliance with workshop standardsCommunicating effectively with customers regarding service progress and any issues identifiedWhat we're looking forA genuine interest in caravan trades and caravan servicing,
