You will bring
Proven experience inEUC, Desktop Support,



or similar hands-on roles involving incident troubleshooting and timely resolution
Strong knowledge ofWindows environments
Experience building and imaging hardware, with technical knowledge of laptop devices
Experience withMicrosoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM
Solid understanding ofnetworking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ability to diagnose connectivity issues
Printer troubleshooting experience
Experience working withServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
ITIL practices

Available to start ASAP
Ability towork onsite 3 days per week
Southport location ideal
Must have avalid driver's licence and own vehicle(travel between sites required)
Must be an Australian Citizen with a valid QLD blue card (working with children clearance)
