Job Description
Woolworths Group in Sydney is seeking a Loyalty Analyst for a Full‐Time role in the Loyalty Team, with in‐office collaboration 3 days a week and a focus on digital-first design to engage customers.
You will identify and implement loyalty initiatives, analyse customer journeys, embed AI and automation into workflows, and partner with stakeholders across business and technology to deliver effective, impactful outcomes for our large rewards ecosystem.
