They manage a diverse and growing residential portfolio, including apartments, houses, current developments and house-and-land properties.They are looking for a reliable and organised Property Manager Assistant to join our Sydney Property Management team.About the RoleThis is a hands‐on support role combining property management administration and regular property visits.Working closely with our Property Managers, you will assist with day‐to‐day administration, coordination and property‐related tasks, helping the team manage its portfolio efficiently.Your primary office can be based in Chatswood, Mascot or Rhodes, depending on your location.
The role also involves regular travel between properties and offices across Sydney.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day‐to‐day administrative support to Property ManagersPrepare and maintain property management documents and recordsUpdate property information and internal systemsAssist with DocuSign and general documentationFollow up property‐related matters with tenants, landlords and contractorsAssist with inspections and other property visitsTravel to multiple properties across Sydney as requiredPlan daily property visit schedules and driving routes efficientlySupport the team with general coordination and follow‐up tasksAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:Highly organised, responsible and detail‐orientedGood at managing multiple tasks and following matters through to completionA clear and confident English communicatorComfortable communicating with landlords, tenants and contractorsCalm and qualified when dealing with challenging situationsAble to work independently while knowing when to escalAte an issueConfident using computers and able to learn new systems quicklyComfortable driving regularly across SydneyFamiliar with Sydney and able to plan efficient travel routesLooking to build a long‐term career in Property Management or Real EstatePrevious experience in Property Management, Real Estate Administration, Leasing or Property Support is highly regarded but not essential.
Training and established internal processes are available for the right candidate.Experience with PropertyTree or Inspection Manager is an advantage but not required.A current Australian full driver's licence is required for this position.
