Job Description
Meadows Family Restaurants Pty Ltd owns and runs McDonald's Mittagong.
This full-time Department Manager role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to McDonald's SOPs, and leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
You will drive food safety, staff development, audits, and KPI reporting, with a solid emphasis on compliance with the Fast Food Industry Award **** and WHS requirements; a diploma and relevant experience are preferred.
