Job Description
AL AHAD INVESTMENTS PTY LTD We are seeking a full time Pastrycook who will be able to work independently and as a part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Checking the quality of raw materials and ensuring it meets daily consumption requirements
Making pastry dough and pastry products by using different techniques such as forming, loading, baking, unloading, and cooling
Preparing and baking and decorating all types of tart, pies, crumbles and cakes, including cheesecake, brownies and Caramel slice, chocolate indulgence
Stock receiving, re-ordering and checking date of expiry




Operating machines and monitoring oven temperatures and checking pastry appearance and ensuring it is baked properly
Cleaning machines and equipment, baking trays, tins and workplace and ensure kitchen remains clean and organized
Mentoring and Training new staff
Requirements/Skills Qualification:
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Relevant qualification
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
Familiar with industry best practices
