Job Description
Centacare South West NSW is seeking a Senior Clinical and Access Coordinator to lead our initial client access process.
This pivotal role supports clients from their first point of contact through engagement, screening, triage, eligibility assessment, referral and brief intervention.
As a senior clinician, you will ensure clients are allocated to the most appropriate service or program in a timely, equitable and clinically informed way.
