Downer is inviting applications for a permanent Estate Works Coordinator role in Holsworthy, NSW.
You will coordinate estate maintenance, develop scopes of work, manage quotes, track progress and ensure safety, quality and contract compliance across defence-related estates.
You'll bring experience coordinating minor works or facilities management, solid planning and stakeholder communication, WHS and procurement knowledge, and the Construction White Card with AGSVA clearance eligibility.
