As a Sales Associate, you'll meet people face-to-face at kiosks, trade shows, and event campaigns, signing up supporters for causes that matter.
No headsets.
No queue of angry callers.
No cold calling, no door knocking.
Monday to Friday.
Your weekends come back.
Hourly pay + performance bonuses.
You're not on commission-only - you're paid for your time,



and rewarded on top of it.
You already have the skills.
Some of our strongest performers walked in from retail floors, cafés and call centres.
Progression is written down.
Black-and-white criteria, so you always know exactly what your next step takes.
Travel.
Regional, interstate and international.
Paid training, in the office and in the field, from day one.
A team you'll want to show up for - plus competitions and incentives running constantly.
Monday - Friday availability, 30+ hours per week.
Confidence starting a conversation with a stranger.
Customer-facing experience (ideal, not essential).
Coachability and the willingness to put in a shift.
