We are seeking a Junior Property Manager to join this quick-paced, high-performing team!
All you need is experience in either leasing or a property officer role & the rest will be taught!
The Role:
Manage your own small portfolio
Training & mentoring provided!
Perfect for a Property Officer or Leasing stepping up!
No leasing!
Day- to day management of portfolio
Liaising with tenants & landlords
Monday – Friday only no weekend work!
Great KPI structure – around $10k per year in comms!

The Candidate:
Ideally a Property Officer or Leasing Consultant stepping up!
Must be organised & have high attention to detail
Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence
Highly ambitious and driven!
Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
The ability to build & maintain new relationships
Excellent presentation and communication skills
