Comfort N Care Support QLD is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Toowoomba team in a newly created permanent part time role.
You'll coordinate participant onboarding, service delivery, and staff training to ensure high quality, person‐centred supports while maintaining documentation.
This hands‐on role works closely with directors and rostering to match trained staff with participants, manage risk and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
