Are you working in orthopaedics, trauma or medical devices and looking for your next opportunity?
We are partnering with an established and growing orthopaedic medical device business to recruit a Territory Manager for Brisbane, covering Brisbane CBD, Redcliffe, Logan and Ipswich.
The role will focus on hip & knee arthroplasty, working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders to support procedures, develop relationships and grow the territory.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on territory role where you will have the prospect to develop genuine relationships with surgeons and clinical stakeholders while taking ownership of your territory's commercial growth.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing and growing the Brisbane territory
Developing relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and key stakeholders
Providing in-theatre clinical and technical support
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Supporting surgeons throughout procedures
Building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted clinical partner
Working closely with the wider commercial and clinical team
Developing expertise across the company's hip & knee portfolio




We're looking for someone with clinical credibility, commercial drive, solid communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons.
What You'll Bring
Experience within orthopaedics, trauma, surgery or medical devices
Strong theatre experience and confidence in a surgical environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, commercially minded approach
The ability to identify opportunities and develop new business
A genuine interest in orthopaedics and medical technology
Full Australian driver's licence
What's On Offer?
$100,000 – $125,000 base salarydepending on experience
$40,000 bonus opportunity, with the ability to earn above target
