Octa Medical in Penrith, located opposite Nepean Hospital, is expanding its reception team as part of the Urgent Care Clinic growth.
This senior role stays hands-on: greeting patients, handling calls, bookings and billing while maintaining calm in busy moments.
You will work closely with the Practice Manager as a standing partnership, inducting and coaching current receptionists, solving problems at the desk before they reach the doctors, and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly every day.
