Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full time Physiotherapist to join our team in the Oatley/Sylvania area. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in aged care and a proactive approach to resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for residents in RACFs.
n
Develop and implement personalised treatment plans focused on mobility, pain management, and fall prevention.
n
Deliver individual and group exercise programs to improve strength, balance, and function.
n




Collaborate with care staff, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic resident care.
n
Educate residents, families, and staff on protected mobility and rehabilitation strategies.
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards and compliance requirements.
n

Essential Requirements:

n

n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
n
Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
n
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
n
Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
n
