IMPACT Community Services Limited seeks a Recovery-Focused Peer Support Worker on a fixed-term part time basis (27.5 hours per week) to support adults with severe mental illness. The role involves leading group activities, developing recovery plans, and coordinating with Mental Health Case Managers across Wide Bay, Fraser Coast and North Burnett.

Travel across regions is required and lived experience is essential for this role.
