ProQuest Recruitment & Training – Dandenong VICFull time, Casual/Temporary, Permanent3d ago , from ProQuest Recruitment & TrainingGreat Pay | Ongoing Casual Full-Time Hours | Monday–Friday | Strong LF/Counterbalance Experience | Great Team CultureProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Inbound Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join a well-established and growing business located in Dandenong South.This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse operator who is confident on Counterbalance forklifts, enjoys being hands-on and wants to become part of a solid, hardworking team.We're looking for someone who knows their way around a warehouse, takes safety seriously, gets stuck in and is happy to support the team across a range of duties — including strapping products and preparing goods for movement and dispatch.About the RoleWorking within a busy warehouse environment, you will play an important role in keeping stock moving safely and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:Operating Counterbalance forklifts for loading, unloading and general warehouse movementsLoading and unloading trucksMoving, storing and replenishing stock throughout the warehousePicking and preparing productsStrapping products securely and safely in preparation for storage, transport or dispatchGeneral warehouse duties and manual handlingSupporting receiving and dispatch activitiesChecking stock and ensuring products are handled accuratelyMaintaining a clean, safe and organised work environmentWorking closely with supervisors and the wider warehouse teamSupporting the team when priorities change or things get busyFollowing all site safety procedures and requirementsWe're Looking for Someone Who Can Really Get Stuck InForklift experience is obviously important, but we're looking for someone who is more than just a forklift operator.The right person will be someone who:Has strong,
