You will buildrelationships, identify opportunities, and actively connect participants withemployers.You will partner with people with a disability to understandtheir goals, build their confidence and skills, and actively connect them withemployers.
Success in this role comes from your ability to engage people, stayorganised, and keep momentum especially when things get challenging.You don't need direct industry experience, but you do needto be curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly.
